UHZ-02 Oil Level Gauge

It replaces the connected Borui tube level gauge and has the characteristics of safety, intuition, reliability, long service life, etc.2、 Structure and working principle:1. Oil level gauge structure: the oil level gauge is composed of float, connecting rod, gauge base, magnetic steel, pointer, etc. The oil level gauge seat completely isolates the float and pointer, thus ensuring the reliability of the oil level gauge seal. 2. Working principle: When the oil level in the oil conservator rises or falls due to temperature or other reasons, the float of the oil level gauge rises or falls synchronously with the oil level, thus driving the pointer to rotate to indicate the oil level.

desiccator
The desiccator is a new type of purification device used for transformer oil conservator. The product features: 1. The air purification air is longer and the filtering time is longer, which is more effective than the conventional moisture absorber, increasing by 30%. 2. The purification room adopts transparent glass cylinder and blue color changing silica gel, and the bottom adopts labyrinth air inlet channel. After the oil cup is filled, when the transformer is operating, you can directly see the exhalation and inhalation of the moisture absorber, and observe the oil seal position during operation. It can also observe the internal state of the transformer from the oil cup breathing, effectively preventing the dust and moisture of the air from entering the transformer oil, and ensuring the insulation strength of the transformer oil.

Oil drain valve
The oil drain valve is used on the transformer oil tank to open and close the oil circuit. In the valve series, according to the actual needs of the transformer manufacturer, our company has also designed a dual-use valve. This kind of valve is installed at the lower part of the transformer for oil injection, and it can also be used for oil sampling. Note: The dimensions of each part of the middle 25, middle 50 and middle 80 dual-use valves are the same as those listed in Table 25, 50 and 80, but the difference is that an oil drain nozzle is added at the lower part of the structure and valve body, as shown in the figure.

Gas relay
Gas relay (also known as gas relay) is a protective device used by the transformer, installed in the pipeline between the oil storage tank of the transformer and the oil tank. When the internal fault of the transformer causes the oil to decompose into gas or cause the oil flow to surge, the contact of the gas relay will operate and connect the specified control loop. And timely signal alarm (light gas) or start protection element automatically cut transformer (heavy gas).

The blue color indicates that the oil level in the tank is normal, while the red color indicates that the oil level in the tank is reduced, and the transformer oil should be replenished in time.
