  • Overview:

    DDZY3666-Z single-phase charged-controlled intelligent electricity meter (hereinafter referred to as "smart energy meter") 

    is manufactured by large-scale integrated circuit, digital sampling processing technology and SMT process. 

    The whole machine design adopts a variety of anti-interference technology. 

    It is used for time-sharing measurement of single-phase AC active power with rated frequency of 50Hz,

     which can better balance the power grid load.

    Instrument adopts Chinese liquid crystal display, with positive active energy, reverse active energy metering function,

     can store its data, and can set the combination of active power accordingly. Active electric energy accumulates and stores total,

     peak, peak, flat and valley electric energy respectively according to corresponding time periods. With the function of remote charge control, 

    electricity calculation is completed in the remote electricity selling system. With event recording function. 

    With two sets of ladder electricity price scheme, it can be automatically converted at the agreed time or reach the agreed level of electricity consumption.

     And has infrared and 485 communication, in the state of power failure, can be awakened by the key or infrared energy meter.

    Main functions of this product- smart energy meter:

    2.1 Measurement Function

    2.1.1 With positive active energy and reverse active energy, the electric energy can be measured, its data can be stored, 

    and the combined active power can be set accordingly.

    2.1.2 With time-sharing metering function, the active power energy accumulates and stores total, peak, peak,

     flat and valley power energy respectively according to corresponding time periods.

    2.1.3 Total electric energy and electric energy at various rates that can be stored for at least 12 months;

     The data storage boundary time is 24 o 'clock of the end of the month, or the hour hour from the first to the 28th of each month.

    2.2 Rate and time slot functions

    The electricity meter can measure the accumulated active energy at peak, peak, flat and valley rates in 12 periods a day at most.

     2.3 Remote fee control function

    2.7.2 Record the total number of programming times, the time of the last 10 programming times,

     the operator's code and the data identification of programming items.

    2.7.3 Record the total times of time calibration (excluding broadcast time calibration), 

    the time of the last 10 times of time calibration, and the operator code.

    2.7.4 Record the total number of power failures and the occurrence and end time of the last 10 power failures.

    2.7.5 Record the last 10 remote control pulling events and the last 10 remote control closing events, 

    and record the occurrence time and electrical energy of pulling and closing events.

    2.7.6 Record the total number of opening and closing events of the last 10 opening and closing events.

    2.8 Data Transfer Function

    It can store the total electric energy of 12 settlement days and the electric energy data of each rate.

    2.9 Freezing Function

    2.9.1 Timing freezing: Freezing electrical energy data at the agreed time and interval; Store each frozen amount at least 12 times.

    2.9.2 Instantaneous freezing: Under abnormal circumstances, freeze the current calendar, time, 

    all electrical energy and important measurement data; Instantaneous freezing quantity saves the data of the last 3 times.

    2.9.3 Agreed freezing: When the new and old two sets of rate/time period conversion, 

    ladder electricity price conversion or the power company considers that there is special need,

     the electric energy and other important data at the conversion time shall be frozen and the last two frozen data shall be saved.

    2.9.4 Frozen on a Day: Stores the power generated at 00:00 every day for 60 days of data storage.

    2.9.5 Freezing at the hour: Storage of total active power at the hour or half hour, which can store 96 data

    2.10 Load control

    When the user load exceeds the power limit load for 1 consecutive minute, the electricity meter will alarm.

    2.11 Timing function

    It adopts the built-in hardware clock circuit with temperature compensation function, and has the functions of calendar, 

    timing and leap year automatic conversion. The output frequency of the internal clock terminal is 1Hz, 

    and the clock accuracy is ≤±1s/d in the temperature range of -25℃ ~ +60℃; At the reference temperature (23℃), the clock accuracy is less than ±0.5s/d.

    The only time range accepted by the watt-hour meter shall not be greater than 5min.

     No programming key and communication password are required for broadcast calibration. 

    Proofreading is only allowed once a day, and should be avoided within 5min before and after

     the meter is frozen or the settlement data transfer operation is performed.

    2.12 Data protection

    Data protection adopts all-solid-state integrated circuit technology, without the use of batteries,

     data can be stored for more than 10 years after power off.

    2.13 Infrared /RS485 communication function

    The physical layer of communication channels is independent,

     and the damage of any communication channel does not affect the normal operation of other channels.

    The power supply department can read the data in the meter through the infrared /RS485 communication interface, 

    and the communication follows the DL/T 645-2007 protocol and its record files. 

    The rate table and time table scheme can be modified through the infrared and RS485 communication interface.

    The data transmission reliability of carrier communication meets the requirements of DL/T 698-1999.
